(press association telegram). WOODVILLE, January 15. The day .turned oat beautifully fine, ! although the wind did nob lull much. The shooting started at 1.30 p.m. with the' first stage of the 200 yds Danevirke match. Then the Waipukurau match was fired, ten shots at 300 yds. This finished at four o'clock with Bidwell (Featherston), 41. 1; Williams (Napier), 39, 2 ; Nelsott (Woodville), 39, 3; Morrison (Marton), 38, 4; Benton (Featherston), 38, 5; Grey (Marton), 38, 6. Counted out—Hollard and Ingpen 38. There is only time to finish the 500 yds and 600 yds ranges of the Danevirke match to-night.
