(By Telegraph ) (from our special correspondent). WELLING I ON, January 15. Mr Justice William?, in Chambers this morning, made an order on the application of the provisional official liquidators, the Hon. W. J. M. Larnach and Messrs Vigers and Keith Ramsay, for leave to pay a dividend of 10s per share to the shareholders of the Colonial Ba.uk out of money standing to the credit of tho Bank at the Bank of New Zealand, Dunedin. The proceedings were entirely formal. (PRESS ASSOCIATION- TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, January 15. Now that the application baa been granted to pay a dividend of lOj per abaro to the Colonial Bank shareholders, the provisional liquidators expect to post the dividend warrants to the shareholders this week.
