The Foreign Committee of the American Senate Congress to. specially affirm adherence to the Monroe doctrine. , The Tiiiws states that Venezuela had better request the United States Government to facilitate a renewal of friendly relations with Great Britain. The Times' New York correspondent telegraphs that it is reported that the American Government has apparently hinted to Venezuela that it had better arrange with Great Britain over the frontier difficulty. -
