Nothing bnt the bright side of cycling bas been written during the last few months. We are told of the speed of wheeling all over the world, with the estimate of experts that the output for 1896 will be quite 2,000,000 cycles. Breakages, followed with vexatious delay of repairers, is the dark side, bnt this is made bright by the introduction of interchangeable cycles. Tbe "Star" Company sure now selling machines which, if broken, can be immediately put in running order by fitting a duplicate part, at a coat of a few shillings. £23 10- Star for £20.
