(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, January 3. The Waitaia mine at Kuaotunu has been takon over by an Edinburgh Company bi 100,000 £1 shares. The Auckland share, holders get 30,000 fully-paid'up shares, oi one for every two iv the old Company; also £3000 cash, equal to Is per share dividend. The terms provide a working capital oi £15,000. The mine consists of 85 acres on the Waitaia Rauge at Knaotunu.
