The Spanish Minister has been expelled from Bogota, the capital of the United States of Colombia, South America, for denouncing the treatment of the British Minister. AFILIBUSTERING EXPEDITION. Rio de Janeiro, December 31. A filibustering expedition under a cabal of Portuguese has seized, and is fortifying, Amapo, a district of Brazil, which is claimed by the French.
