Bt Tbleqbaph, (FROM OUR COSRESPONDBNT.) REEFTON, December 24. The following returns are repo-tod :— Keep it Dark, 4300z amalgam from 152 toni (olean np); Progress, 7570z amalgam from 222 tons (clean up) ; Al Tribute, 1730z of retorted gold from 12 tons. The following dividends have been declared :—Big River . 6d, Dark 6d, Buller Dredge 3d per share. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TSUEORAH.) AUCKLAND, December 24. The May Queen for twenty-three days' work from 670 loads of quartz returned 47&0z of gold, worth £1301. The total output since February haa been £18,322. The Dire-tors of the Golden Rise claim, Manaia, have received the following telegram from the manager. Mr J. Baron— "Coromandel, December 23rd.—Havestruolr splendid gold. Full particulars by mail." This mine adjoins the Leading Wind, Big Ben, Gulden Hill, &0., and holds a mining lease of 30 acres. The directorate it ia Christohurch.
