MIDLAND RAILWAY ARBITRATION.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, Deoember 24. The arbitration award was made this morning, and costs £6800 are marked on it, of which £2100 go to the Hon. E. Blake. It will not be lifted till after the holidays. The Company's solicitors are sanguine that the award is in their favonr. The ooncea* suras already agreed lo umouut to £50,000.
