Thursday, December 12. (Before C. A. Wrey, Esq., S.M.) Traction Engines —F. Betts was fined 5a and 7s costs for not having his name legibly painted on the side of bis traction engine. Affiliation.—ln the case of Mary E. Clemens v A. McXau-'ht, Mr Cuthbertson anplied for an order for bonds to be aigued. The order was granted. Civil Cases.—Judgment for plaintiffs by default waa t>iven in J. Heseltine v W. N. Moffat, £22 (Mr Cuthbertson for plaintiff), and H. W. Barrett v J. King. £1 18s 7d. H. Davis v S. Cleaver, claim £4, judgment summons. Mr Ciisp for plaintiff. An order was made for payment forthwith, in default twenty-one days' imprisonment.
