Thursday, December 12. (Before S. R. Webb, Esq., J.P.) Vagrancy.—Angelo L<?one. who had just completed a sentence of one month's imprißonment for vagrancy, was sent to gaol for one month on a similar charge. Drunkenness.—James McGerty was fined 10s and costs for this offence, aud Benjamin Foulds was fined 5s aud costs for being drunk and 10a and costs for obstructing the police.
