NEW PLYMOUTH, November 23. A young man, named Herbert Bichards, aged twenty-two years, was killed while bush-felling near Tikorangi, on Friday. DUiNEDIN, November 23. The body of William Fiddes, one of the victims of the late boating fatality, was discovered floating in the harbour this morning.
