Miss Vartha, arrived from Dunedin by ihe Manapouri yesterday. Mr F. Arenas and Mr F. Woodhouse came by the same steamer. Captain Todd came by the same steamer. The Rev. Mr North went South by the Mararoa on Thursday. The Rev. Canon Knowles and Mrs Kaowles went North by the Takapuna on Thursday. Dr. Macgregor went by the same steamer. The Rev. Air Luxford returned from Wellington yesterday. Mr D. D. Macfarlane was in town last evening. Mr A. Macfarlane, Achray, was in town yesterday. Mr Arlow arrived from Dunedin by the express last evening.
