Mr and Mrs William Menzies, of Menzies' Bay, are in town. Bishop Jn'ius was a passenger by the express for the South on Saturday morning. Mr Jastico Denniston went to Dunedio by the same train. Mr J. Tripe returned to Wellington on Saturday by the Penguin. Mr F. J. Rolleston was a passenger by th« same boatMr Brooksmith, of Wellington, who has been staying in Oamaru, returned home oa Saturday. f Mr Hobhonse, of Wanganui College, returned home by the Penguin on Saturday. Mr a. S. Fish, Mayor of Dunedin, wm a passenger by tne express from the south on Saturday. Mr Knth Ramsay was a passenger by the same train. ' Tbe Hon. J. T. Peacock was a passenger from Wellington by the Gothic yesterday. Meters H. D. Bell, G. J. Smith and MontRomery, M.t£.K.'s, came by the same steamer. Mr VV. D. Meares is on board the Man** pouri at Auckland, and will reach Übristchureh by the end of the week. Mr Lee Smith went to Dunedin by the express on Saturday. The Hon. W. Rolleston went south on Saturday. Miss-Skirtcliffe went south to Timaru on Saturday. Mr K. G. Kerr returned to Timaru on Saturday.
