DISTRIBUTION OF TROUT OVA.
The Wellington Acclimatisation Society have made the following distribution otrout ova this season:—New South Wale* Government 86.000, Taupo 100,000, West-. land 110,000, Bay of I-lai-ds 17,000, H*wke*s Bay ,30,000, Poverty Bay 10,000; Opotiki 6500, Taurau,** 5000, total 364 500 eyed ova, sent out to -late. Orders are now in hand for about 100,000 fry.
