SCHOOL CLASSIFICATION.
At the Education Board meeting at Diuieilin, yesterday, a scheme for the classification of schools and positions was adopted, after being amouded, but with the uuderstanding that cwo of the most important regulations should be open for review when the three nicuib'jrs of Pariianitiit were present;. Oiie of these regulations, '■ No teacher shall be promoted except to a class higher than the okss from which he is promoted," is the ci ux oi the whole scheme.
