CHRHJTCHUROH. • Saturday, December 29. (Before' H. W. Bishop, Esq.,.S.M.) Drunkenness.—John Nolan .and.Hugh Miller were each fined ss, or twenty-four hours' imprisonment; Pat. McGuire 10s, or or forty-eight hours; and Dan. Crawford,' for habitual drunkenness, was sentenced to i six weeks', imprisonments ; John {Kemp, | who was unable to appear, was' remanded for a week. i Alleged Fraud and Larceny.'— Peter I Yansen was charged with having, on' the i Bth December, at Phillipstown, forged the -, | name of Jas. Bristol to an order r 'or, by which he obtained a saddle and bridle from Richard -Evans,-with intent to defraud Richard Evans of the same, to the^value of £2. Accured was also oharged with having, on 14th December, at Oxford terrace, stolen a wheelbarrow, value £1, the property oi Henry Priston. Sergeant-Major Mason asked for a remand until January . 7tn t , which was granted.'
