London, May 26. The Home Secretary ia appointing a Committee to enquire as to the condition of cab drivers.
Lord Roaebery asked Mx John Boras to join the Ministry, but tho latter again refused, stating that he could beat serve the workers by remaining outside of the Government.
New York, May 27
Further rioting ha* taken place at Cripple Creek, in Colorado. Many of the strikers vrere killed and a number wounded. The Militia has been called out. The miners in other States are showing an aggressive attitude.

Trouble is looming between the master bakers and their men. The latter have decided to begin a general boycott to-morrow of all firms employing non-Uniouists. The master bakers are inclined to stand together on the question.
