AUCKLAND, May 13. The General Manager of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Compmyt has received a cable from London confirming the Press announcement of the new Compauy, and stating that the Board of Directors had met to sign the necessary documents for taking over the property, assets, and undertaking of the old Company. .
