PRESIDENT'S CUP MATCHES.
The Boys' High School team played Lyttelton, at Lyttelton, and were defeated after a fairly fast game, by 9 points (3 tries) to nothing. On the South Park the Pirates beat North Canterbury by 11 points to 3 points. Kaiapoi beat Akaroa. by 9 points (3 tries to 4 points (goal from a mark). Merivale beat Christchurcb 19 points (2 goals and 3 tries) to 13 points (2 goals and a try).
