RANGIORA HORSE FAIR.

On Friday there was a well attended horse sale at the North Canterbury yards, when Mr A. P* Turrox had an entry of 72 head, and succeeded in selling the majority at good rakes. Tho prices obtained were— Unbroken three-year-old draughts £17, light unbroken horses £Z 10a to £9, heavy broken-in draught tnarea and geldinga £9 10a to £13, light draughts £8 to £12 10s, do inferior £4 to £7, light harness horses £6 to £10 10s, hacks £6 to 515, weedy eotta £1 lOi to £4.
