CYCLING.

(ntKSS ASSOCIATION TSLCGBAU.) INVERCARGILL, March 7. The first cycling sports of the recently formed Club took place to-day. The weather was not pleasant, and a strong wind blew, but the attendance was very fair. E. R. Godward, Dunedin, won the two miles open race in 6min 22see, was second in the half-mile dash and the ten mile open handicap (time, 35min 44sec). The other events were won by members of the Club.
