The discovery of a number of incipient firea and a quantity of dynamite on the steamers bound to America leads to the belief in shipping circles that a conspiracy is on fooo to destroy the whole fleet of vessels. In one instance the dynamite was warm from the heat occasioned by one of these outbreaks of fire. Paris, December 26. The reported explosion of a petard in a church at Beziera was a hoax.
