TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sir, —I should like to ask you the following riddle:—" Why is our Premier like a nor'-wester?" Because they both begin by distributing liquid upon the West Coast of the Island, and when they reach Christchurch there is nothiug left but i "blow," and the most unsatisfactory sort of blow it is.—Yours, &_., I F.R.U.
