MAYORAL ELECTIONS.
(press association telegrams.) AUCKLAND, November 20. Mr James Job Holland, builder, has been returned unopposed aa Mayor of Auckland ; Mr Thomas English, as Mayor of Newton ; Mr John McCabe, Mayor of Parnell. For the Mayoralty of Onehunga Mra Elizabeth Yates and Mr John Court have been nominated. The election takes place to-morrow. It-is rumored that Mr Court will retire in favor of the lady. NELSuN, November 20. Mr Trask was re-elected Mayor of Nelson, unopposed, and Mr Talbot for Richmond. HOKITIKA, November 20. There were three nominations for the Hokitika Mayoralty, Messrs Wade {present occupant), Mandl and. Thompson, and two for Ross, Messrs Currie and Linstrom. The only person nominated for Kumara retired.
