Wednesday, October 25. Ii Adjourned debate on— 3. That for the present four-fifths of the net available income of the general estate be appropriated for ecclesiastical purposes, and tbe remaining one-fifth for educational purposes. 4. That the net available income of the general estate be paid to the Standing Committee, and that subject to the foregoing provisions it be empowered to vote the income to such cures and schools and in such proportions as it may deem expedient. (Mr Andrews in possession.) li. Mr Brittan to move 1 — That the Bill to amend, regulations for Church Day schools be read a third time. HI. Mr Gosset to move— That the Bill to enact regulations affecting glebes be re-committed to amend clause 1.
