LAND SALES.
Messbs ToDurxTEB asd Jennings report the following sales of land and property :— For the trustees, the freehold farm on Springs road, now in the occupation of Mrs Annie Taylor, and comprising 60 acres of land, to llr Pat Henley, at £13 15s per acre. For the trustees in the same estate, 38 perches of land on the corner of Dryden and Mill streets, Sydenham, for £160, the New Zealand Farmers , Co-operative, being the purchasers. For Mr VI. Horgan, his farm of 50 acres at Greenpark, to Mr Harvy Meblhopt, for £7 10s per acre. For Mr John Mackle, his farm of 203 acres at Kirwee, to Mr A. J. Williams, for £7 5s per acre. They have a number of other properties in hand, the sale of which we hope to report shortly.
