Messrs Wilson and Sons report as follows : —Numl>er of pigs sold, 189; heavy baconers, 45s to 56s ; light baconers, 22s to 365; heavy porkers, 19s to 255; light porkers, 17s to 20s; Btores, 15s to 19s; weaners, 103 to 13s 6d; breeding sows, 60s to 77s 6d. Tone of market excited for young pigs and stores ;.stores badly wanted. Number of poultry sold, 876 ; heavy roosters, 3s 6d ; light roosters, 3s; old hens, Is 9d to 2s; young hens, 2s to 2s 6d ; Ducks, 23 9d to 3s 6d; geese. 5s to 6s; turkeys, 7s to 14s. Tone of market flat.
SIR H. B. Soressen reports:—Number of pigs sold, 66 ; heavy porkers, 21s to 26s ; light porkers, 15s to 19s ; stores, 12s to 13s ; weaners, 6s to 133. Tone of market brisk for every line. Number of poultry sold, 390; heavy roosters, 3s to 3s 6d, special, 4s 6d ; light roosters, 2s 3d to 2s 9d ; old hens, 2s .- young hens, 2s 3d to 3s ; special, 7s 9d ; ducks, 3s to 3s 9d ; special, 8s; Geese, 5s to 6s; turkeys, 83 6d to 14s. Tone of market slow, except for special sorts, Andalusians selling best.
