THE SCHOOL BOOK QUESTION, &c.
TO THE KDITOB O» TBX TBJSS. Sib, —It is about time the pcbHo should be roused up to take «ua interest m the management of our primary achoola. " Householder 2nd" suggests a complaint to the Comniitteea. What if <Cammittee be an echo of the head master? Master cays " Black ;" Committee says " Amen." How is that meetings for the election oi School Committees are, as a rule, so thinly attended ? Parents should be more alive to the inteieats of their children, and.see that free and independent- men are elected to serve on Committees. I hope the matter will be taken up. There are other ques tions as well as the one re school book*.Yours, &c, A PASEft September Bth, 1893.
