(By Telegraph). (PBOM Otm SPECIAL CORRBSPOJiDENT.) WELLINGf ON, July 22. Xhe objection raised to the Bank of New Zealand Bill before the Conunittee appointed to consider it has been overcome. At the last meeting of "the Committee, ifc will be recollected, it was pointed out that there was not sufficient proof of the allegation made in the preamble that shareholders representing one-third of the total value of the shares had agreed to the alterations in the deed of settlement. This morning a cablegram was received from the AgentGeneral announcing that a statutory declaration had been made in London showing that the required number of shareholders had voted, and that this declaration would be forwarded by the out-going maiL The Committee have accepted this assurance, and the Bill will, therefore, be allowed to jpooted.
