PRESENTATION TO MR T. DUNCAN, M.H.R.
[press association telegram.] OAMARU, June 2. Mr T. Duncan, M.H.R., was presented with a purse of 150 sovereigns to-night in the public hall There was a crowded attendance, and Mr W. J. Steward, Speaker of the House, occupied the chair. The presentation was made by Mr Neil Fleming. Messrs Seddon and McKenzie Were also present, and addressed the meeting. The proceedings were most enthusiastic, and the speakers were heartily received.
