The time ball ia dropped daily, Bundav. «nd holidays excepted, at 1 o'clock p.m.! New Zealand mean time, which is equivalent to l«J.ou Greenwich mean time of the boil , l « ,~> lc «»ated for the 170 _0/ East Longitude, and llhr 30mln last of Ureenwich mean time. The ball will be raised at about 2min to Ip.m., Pud will be ac the top about lmin to 1 p.m. When taking the time be careful to note the exaoc moment the hall leaves the top of the mast.
