RE JOSEPH CARR, Jun.

The first meeting of creditors in the estate of Joseph Carr, jun., laborer, of Southbridge, was to have been held at 2 p.m. yesterday, at the office of the Official Assignee, but a quorum did not attend. Bennetts, stock dealer, < who held an agreement for sale of three acres of land and house at Milltown, Southbridge for £300 and interest.
