RACING IN WELLINGTON.
(fkkss association telegram.) WELLINGTON, May 17. The United Hunt Club will hold a Steeplechase Meeting on the Hutt racecourse provided the consent of the Racing Club iB obtained. It is proposed to hold the races on the Saturday following the W.R.Q. Winter Meeting, and J8260 is offered in stakes. The Racing Club have accepted tenders for the formation of a training track, and the work, which is to be begun immediately, will be completed in time for the use of competitors at the steeplechases.
