[per press association.! Received May l.th, 10.30 a_m. London, May 13. Mr Gladstone has been feverish, but is improving.
Seventy members of the House of Commons, including Lord Hartington and Mr Chamberlain, have been attacked, aud Mr W. D. Barbour, M.P. for Paisley, has died of influenza.
The epidemic appears to be becoming milder.
