Monday, April 0. (Before Mr D. Thomas, J.P., and Mr A. Harrison, J.P.) False Pretences.—John Morgan, alias Davis, pleaded guilty to having obtained the sum of 18s 6d by means of false pretences from David Zander. Accused was sentenced to one month's imprisonment. Drunkenness and Obscene Language.—James Stafford was fined 10s on a charge of drunkenness and sentenced to four hours' Imprisonment for having used obscene language. Daniel Byan was charged with drunkenness and vagranoy and sentenced to two months' imprisonment. A first offender was fined 6s for drunkenness.
