PROPERTY SALE.
Mr Charles Clark held a sale of properties at his rooms yesterday, when three were offered on -uccount, of Mr H. V. Anson, who is leaving for Eugland. The statement made by the auctioneer aud vendor that the sale would be without reserve, met with it* due reward, as all three properties were quieted to separate buyers at satisfactory prices. Mr Auson's residence, on the South Town Belt and Selvwyu street, was purchased by Mr Richards. The Plumpton Park Company bought the Sockburu racing stable property, and that In Perth street, Richmond, was bought by Mr C. Peter. The sale of Mr Ansou's household furniture is announced to take place at his residence. South Town Bait aud Selwyn street, on the 17th inst. . .
