The New Zealaud Farmers' Co-opera-tive Association report having received the following cable from their London agents dated sth instant :— Wool—The market is better, and New Zealand clips are in demand.

Wheat—Present price and state of the market for New Zealand wheat, ex Mark Lane, per 496 lbs, sacks extra, is 375. The market is stationary.

Lambs—There is au improved demand, aud prices have advanced to 4s per stone.
