A man threw a handful of paper into the fire quite unsuspecting it contained dynamite. A great explosion occurred, inflicting fearful abdominal wounds on him. WELLINGTON, November 25.
The suggestion in Howortiia tetter to issue a warrant against the Premier and Treasurer was a joke and no repartee to the statement of the Botorua native tbat he was afraid of the Government issuing the warrant against him. The following are tbe New South Wales delegates to the Federation Convention =— Sir H. Parkes, Sir P- Jennings, Messrs McMillan, Abbot, Dibbs, Suttor, and Barton.

A man named Henry Allen died in the Hospital to-night from the result of injuries received by falling dowpst-irs, he having been seized with an apoplectic fit. \ A man named J. B. McFarlaae* charged with indecent assault on a child ten years of age, was acquitted at the Police Court.
