STANLEY'S CHARGES.
JAMIESON'S EXPLANATION. [PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Received November 16th. 6 p.m. London, November 15. Jamieson's letter, published by his widow, shows that cannibalism was not purchased by him, but was caused by the imprudent gift of calico to natives. The Times States that tbe letter strikes the heaviest blow at Jamieson's reputation.
