Friday, May 30. (Before J. S. Woodhouse, Esq., J.P.) Housebreaking.—Two lads, William Davey (16), and Donald Davey (14), were charged with breaking Into the house of C. Rummell, and stealing therefroim 9d in money, a silver chain, a pocket knife, and a quantity of provisions. The accused were remanded till Thursday next bail being allowed. Drunk and Disorderly.—A swagger, charged with this offence, was dismissed With a caution.
