The King of Dahomey has stated hia williagness to give up the French prisoners, whom he holds in exchange for, D&homey&n prisonera ia the hands of the Frenoh. The French axe considering the offer, and it is not unlikely that an arrangement will be come to: Paws, April 30. The latest news from Dahomey is to the effect that the town of Whyjdah has been shelled by the Frenoh.
