(PKB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) j Beceived May Itt, XUO pan. ; Lohdos, April 30. ■ The new Licensing Bill introduced in the House of Commons by Lord Randolph Churchill, provides that two-thirds of the householders may veto the granting of publicans 1 licenses. It also contains a j provision for registration of Clubs, with * maximum fee of £2000. In moving the first reading, which was carried yesterday,, he suggested that the Bill be referred to a Commitfcw. Sir Wilfrid Lawsoii eulogised the Bill, bat was opposed to clauses granting compensation to those whose licensesbad been taken away, . j
