I PRESS ASSOCIATION TB-KORAM.] DUNEDIN, April 18. At a meeting of the Dunedin Jockey Club, this evening, to consider documents received from Mr D. Rutherford and Mr Dowse, requesting an enquiry into the causes of the Northern* owners wiChdrawing their horses from the Dunedin Cup and Publicans' Handicap, it was decided to write Co Mr Rucherford informing him that an enquiry will ba held if he will formulate the charges.
