SERVIA AND BULGARIA.
. DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS SUSPENDED. (PER ebess association.) Received April 46h, 1.15 a.m. Vienna, April 3. Servia having, on a trivial pretext, ceased diplomatic relations with Bulgaria, the latter country is malting preparations against any attack which may be made on her, The difference has given rise to some uneasiness in Austria. Received April sth, 1.15 a.m.. Sofia, April 4.
The Bulgarian Government is making a strong endeavor to conciliate Servia, though believing that Russia is fomenting the quarrel.
