OPERA COMPANY v WItED C.a

Messrs Williamson, Garner and Mua» grove's Opera Company played an eleven of the United C.C, at Hagley Park yesterday (Good Friday), when the Opera team secured ah easy victory by scoring 244 against the United's 39 only. It was not a batsman's wicket, but Ford, Trevorab, Neilaou, and Musgrove hit up their rune in merry style. Ford hit with a surprising amount of force, and his Bcora included some cleverly hit fives. The Opera team also ' showed better organisation in the field, they having played together fox some time now and Include in their ranks some first-Class cricketers.
