[PES PBKSB ASSOCIATION.] Received January -Uth. 1H.25 p.m. London, January 13. It is officially stated that the Australian mails aboard the train destroyed by fire in Nebraska were saved.

(press association telegrail) WELLINGTON, January 14. The Government have not yet received any reply from America regarding the mails on the train which met with an accident in Nebraska. They telegraphed to Mr Creighton, Government agent at San Francisco, but no answer has come.
