RESIGNATION OF MB LtTCKIE. [FBttß ASSOCIATION THLEGRAM.J WELLINGTON, October 15. Mr D. M. Luckie has resigned the Commiaaionership of the Government Insurance Department, in consequence of the increase of work being too much for his failing health. Mr Frankland is to combine the position of Commissioner with the actuarial work, and Mr Luckie is to be Assistant - Commissioner, receiving the same salary as now.
