MARKET REPORTS.

PRODUCE, &c

Corn Exchange report for week ending Friday, September 20th:—Farmers are! now offering their wheat much more i freely, and are disposed to accept reasonable sales, but the great scarcity of tonnage for London restricts business in that direction, and the Sydney market, with the steady imports by the mail steamers from 'Frisco, show no signs of revival, indeed, prices in that market are lower than ever. Oats aie dull, but as arrangements have been made for shipping considerable parcels to Melbourne during the next few weeks, we do not expect to see prices rule much lower.
