RANGIORA MARKETS. Tuesday. There was a fair attendance at the markets to-day. In the yards of Mr W. Buss 1000 sheep, 100 cattle, and 170 pigs were offered. There was a demand for freezers, good ho__zets, and breeding ewes. The prices obtained were all follows:—Pat crossbred wethers, 14s to 15s ; do ewes, 12s to 13s ; merino wethers, 8s to 9s ; turuip wethers, 12s to 12s lOd; crossbred breeding ewes, 5s Gd to 9s; merino ewes in lamb, 3s lOd to 6s ; crossbred hoggets, 7s 6d, 9s 6d to 10s 3d ; a line off reezers, mixed sexes and wethers, 16s. A clearance of ail the Hues of sheep was effected. Fat bullocks, £6 to £1 ; do cows and heifers, £4, £5 to £5 15s, equal to 19s per 1001b ; springers dull of sale, from £3 to £5: three-year-old steers, £4 to £i 5s ; two-year-old do, £2 los to £3 ; yearlings 20s to 235; bacon pigs, £2 to £2 7s 6d; large porkers, 30s to 355; small do, los to 23s ; sows in pig, 35s to £2 ; young stores, 10s to 12s : small pigs, 5s to Bs. In the produce yards crossbred sheepskins, 3s to 5s lid; merino do, 2s 6d to 4s 3d; hides, lid to 3Jd; calfskins, ls to 3s 6d: rough fat, l§d; fowls, ls 6d to 3s 2d pair; ducks, 3s 4d: geese, 5s 6d ; chick wheat, 2s 6d to 2s 9d: seed Tuscan, 3s to 3s 6d; oats 2s to 2s lOd; barley, 2s lOd ; rye, 2s 3d; beans, 3s to 3s 2d; hand threshed, 3s 6d; cow grass and red clover, colonial grown, 8d lb, for which there was a brisk demand; cocksfoot seed, 2_d to 3id lb; potatoes, 5s to 5s 6d sack; carrots, 2s 6d; onions, 3d lb; apples, 2d; pigmeal, 3s 6d; coarse sharps, 7s 9d; fine do, 10s 6d; flour, 18s ; cheese, 3d lb; timber 6s to 7s per 100 ft. __ Mr J. Dobson reports:—Springers, £3 lOs to £4 17s 6d; yearlings,- 30s; calves, 20s; merino sheepskins, 2s 9dtp4s 6d; crossbred do, 4s lid to 5s Id ; fat, Id to l|d lb; hides. 2d to 2|d lb; potatoes, 6s 6d sack: grass seed, 2s 6d bushel: oats, 2s 8d; sharps, 7s sack ; barleymeal, 8s; carrots, 2s 6d Mr Dobson reports:—At the Cust sale on Monday, in consequence of the hne weather, there was a good attendance of buyers. He sold, on account of Mr Donovan, 130 crossbred wethers at 15s; on account of Mr Bailey, 47 lambs at os Id; on account of Mr Booth, 157 merino ewes, in lamb, 3s 8d; on account of Mr Cottle, 107 lambs at 10s Id; on account of Mr Tnos. Walker, 80 tnermo ewes, in lamb, at 6s 3d. Springers, £2 10s to £4; vearlinsrs, 30s: calves, lis; potatoes, 6s 6d sack? carrots, 2s 6d to 2s 9d A large assortment of sundries was cleared at satisfactory rates.
