LITTLE RIVER,

Wednesday, July 10. (Before C. Whitefoord, Esq., R.M.) Neglected Children.—Eleanor Prindiville, aged twelve years, Charles Prindiville, aged eight years, James Prindiville, aged five years, and Mary Prindiville, aged three years, were brought before the Court as being neglected children. The evidence of several witnesses showed that the children, whose mother died about two years ago, were constantly begging for food and clothes, and were neglected by their father. The Bench ordered the children to be sent to Burnham until they attain the age of fifteen years, to be brought up in the Catholic faith.
